Frequently Asked Questions
USAP-approved paddles built with raw carbon fiber technology for unmatched spin, power, and control.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Standard delivery via USPS or UPS Ground takes 3–5 business days for the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping (2-day and overnight) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on weekdays typically ship the same day. Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territory shipments may take 7–10 business days via standard shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every U.S. order over $75 qualifies for free standard shipping, which covers the vast majority of single-paddle purchases. For orders under $75 (such as accessories or grip tape), a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.95 applies. We occasionally run promotions with free shipping on all orders regardless of total — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified. All free shipping orders use the same 3–5 business day delivery window as standard paid shipping and include full package tracking.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused paddles in their original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email support@vinapaddle.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Once we receive the paddle back and confirm it's in unused condition (no ball marks, no grip wear, protective film intact), we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Paddles with manufacturing defects are covered under our 6-month manufacturer warranty, which covers delamination, core separation, and handle defects.
How do I choose the right paddle?
Start with three factors: your skill level, play style, and preferred weight. Beginners should look for a midweight (7.8–8.2 oz) widebody paddle with a larger sweet spot — the Facolos NEXX is a great starting point. Intermediate players benefit from a 16mm core for the balance of power and control; the Wika Quang Duong Air suits all-court players. Advanced and tournament players often prefer elongated shapes for extra reach and spin — the Facolos Elite X Elongated and Sypik Triton 5 are popular choices on the pro circuit. Also consider grip size (4" for smaller hands, 4.25" for larger) and face material: raw carbon fiber delivers maximum spin, while coated surfaces offer more forgiveness. Each product page includes a "Best For" recommendation and full specifications to help you compare.
Are your paddles tournament approved?
Many of our paddles carry USA Pickleball (USAP) approval, which means they meet the official specifications for sanctioned tournament play — including dimensions, surface roughness, and deflection standards. Approved models include the Facolos Elite X series, Wika Quang Duong Air and Fire, and the Sypik Triton 5 Ultimate Pro. Each product page clearly displays the USAP approval status. If you're entering a specific tournament, we recommend verifying your paddle model on the official USA Pickleball approved paddle list at usapickleball.org, as approvals are updated periodically. Paddles without USAP approval are still excellent for recreational play and non-sanctioned events.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes — we offer wholesale and dealer pricing for retailers, clubs, coaches, and tournament organizers. Our wholesale program includes tiered pricing based on order volume, marketing support materials, and access to demo paddle programs. Minimum order quantities start at 6 paddles per brand. We work with pro shops, sporting goods stores, recreation centers, and pickleball facilities across the United States. Visit our Wholesale page to learn about margin structures and partnership benefits, or fill out the dealer application form and our team will respond within 2 business days with a custom quote.
Where are your paddles made?
All paddles in our lineup are designed and manufactured in Vietnam by our five partner brands: Facolos, Wika, Sypik, Kamito, and Zocker. Vietnam has emerged as a global hub for advanced pickleball paddle manufacturing, with factories using the same T700 carbon fiber, thermoformed construction, and honeycomb core technologies found in top U.S. and Japanese brands — often at the same facilities. Each brand we carry goes through a vetting process that evaluates build quality, material sourcing, USAP compliance, and player testing feedback before we agree to distribute them in the United States. Our role as authorized U.S. dealer means every paddle comes with a manufacturer warranty and domestic customer support.
