Refund policy

All returns, exchanges, or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department.  

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be new, unused, and contain original packaging accessories.  

• All Paddles must still have the seal over the grip handle.  
• Apparel must still have its original tags attached.  
• Apparel cannot be returned if worn or washed.  
• Table Tennis Rubber(s), nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened, unless the item is defective.
