30-day returns on unused paddles in original packaging — protective film intact, no ball marks. Email support@vinapaddle.com to start a return; refunds process within 5–7 business days of receipt.
What does the warranty cover?
Every paddle includes a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering delamination, core separation, and handle defects. Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, and impact damage are not covered. Email support@vinapaddle.com with your order number and photos to start a claim.
